How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I ship your order within 3-5 days of your order being placed. My carrier of choice is USPS. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days and Expedited takes 3 days for a package to arrive. However, these aren't normal times so please be extra patient with our mail carriers. They are doing the best they can with little support from our federal government. 

Can I exchange or return an item?

Due to the small nature of my business, I currently do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be mindful at checkout, read through the product descriptions carefully and review photos. If there is something wrong with your order, please email me at jenn@thesalvagedsawhorse.com

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Please note that International orders may take anywhere from 8 days to 2 months to arrive. The Salvaged Sawhorse is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Help! My package is lost.

If your package is missing, email us jenn@almadeshop.com so we can work together to track it down. I am working with the same information as you which is what's listed on the tracking number so please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. For packages shipped via USPS you can file here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

Also, check with your neighbors. So many times a "missing" package was patiently waiting at a neighbors front door or at the bottom of the basement steps!

Holiday Orders

Thank you for shopping small this holiday season! Order as early as possibly for your package to arrive in time. Cutoff dates for US orders to arrive in time is December 15th. Any orders placed after this time may not arrive. 

Please remember, once I drop off your package at the post office it is in their hands.
